Rather embarrassing, but I was partying at a friend's house late last night. We all had a lot to drink, and I got the spins as soon as I tried to go to sleep. I puked outside, drank some water and went back to bed, but apparently I puked again in my sleep. I woke up with my right shoulder covered in vomit (thankfully there wasn't really anything substantial in my stomach for this), and when I took my shirt off I noticed a rash and a liverspot on my right shoulder and back. Is this something I should be concerned about?
