Can u got to court without the paperwork?

I don't think you would want to go to court without paperwork cause might be the case where you have to complete things so you have to show theses things to the judge especially if you were ordered to do something if you didn't get the paperwork you should call and tell somebody this way they can't use it against you i would check the situation out further
