My muscles have felt significantly weaker the past 6 months and I think it might be watermelon and it is one of the side effects of eating too much. Does anyone know how I can get rid of the effects of the watermelon?

You need to study some books about nutrition. The body needs about forty nutrients, some in balanced amounts. Some nutrients might have a direct effect on how you feel, but you don't want to solicit guesses from strangers on the internet.
But since you asked, I will guess you are feeling the effects of the high sugar content.
It has been over 3 months. since you first posted. If you haven't altered your diet, you have a serious problem. If you have and there's as yet no trace of recovery, you have a serious problem (either lasting damage or an undiagnosed one). If you expect the 2.5 people lurking around these forums have attained mastery over biology pertaining to succulent fruit, you may be disappointed.
In any case, there isn't much to be inferred with certainty given a single piece of information. Outside of arthur conan doyle's imagination.
