... back. Recently, I had been searching up those spam accounts and it made me rerequest to follow them. I will be accepted again and then later it again makes me rerequest them. I was still able to search up their names and their accounts would come up. I looked on my following app to see if they had blocked me and they had not. Is it possible for someone that is not following you back to not let you see their account without blocking you? Or is it instagram being stubborn? Thanks!
