Yesterday started off normal except I was nauseous and had vertigo, but when I went to bed that night, my nausea heightened, I felt terrible, just... sick, and I decided to check my temperature. It was 96 and 98, so normal, but I found a rash on my neck and face, which was bright red. I felt like passing out and began to sweat and shiver with cold flashes(if that's a thing). Can someone please help me out? Thanks
