Can someone prove that sqrt3(2+sqrt(5))-sqrt3(-2+sqrt(5))=1 ?

so i was solving this equation x^3+3x = 4 by cardano's method and instead of the solution 1 i got that that monster. the calculator says its one but i want a proof

sqrt3(2 + sqrt(5)) - sqrt3(-2 + sqrt(5)) = 1
(2 + √5)^(1/3) - (-2 + √5)^(1/3) = 1
Hold the Alt key and type 251 on the numeric keypad to get √. Use Shift-6 for powers.
