My mom decided to put me in a summer basketball league cause I play basketball a lot. I'm sorta in shape but not all that in shape. My first practice was a week ago and I was nervous. I don't know why but I felt like throwing up during the practice. I play a lot of full court games so I didn't know why I was feeling like this. I've always had an anxiety disorder. But I don't know why I'm nervous. I know a lot. I don't know if I really needed to throw up or it was just my anxiety. Can anyone please give me advices? I would really appreciate it. By the way, you think I should let my coach know about my disorder?
Can someone please help me or just give me an advice?

It's normal to be nervous in a new environment and with new people, especially if it was foisted on you. You feel the need to perform but are lacking the usual aspects that make you feel comfortable (home court, friends, just knowing people even).
Just relax and play your own game, ignore everything around you try to have fun and maybe make a friend or two to ease your anxiety, you'll be fine!
If the first training session was especially hard it is quite common to feel or be sick (first training session before the rugby season and I was always chucking up!).
Good luck and have fun!
