I need a company that has a problem related to marketing ( bad sales, distribution, web, etc. ). This problem should be unsolved by the company at this moment. I need it for my case ( I'm supposed to describe a problem and write a solution to it ).
All companies that I found either don't have problems or already solved them... so I'll be happy if someone can help me))
Can someone name a company with a marketing problem?

Lots of companies are unable to compete with imports because they can't match the quality. American beer is famously bad, so the companies lobby the government to require imported beer to be pasteurized. That spoils the flavor, so they are not so hard to compete with. Even at that, a lot of imported beers are still better than American brands. The same is true of chocolate. A lot of people have noticed that Cadbury chocolate in England is much better than the same brand here. That is because Hershey got a law passed so they wouldn't have to compete.
Trains. Trains competed by lobbying laws to ban each other. Some trains were independent and some were supported by government subsidies. The subsidized railroads lobbied for restrictions that would drive the independents out of business, and then the subsidized railroads couldn't survive the restrictions either. The federal government finally took them over, which only guaranteed that the failure would be dragged out for a long time and cost the taxpayers a lot of money. Trains are now a thing of the past in the USA, except in amusement parks.
