im assuming that the 45 is degrees between east and north or whatever, based on this you need to rationalize the forces so make them all north, east, south or west eg 100 N to the north east has a force of 100sin(45) north. once youve done this with all of them, you end up with north and south cancelling out and the overall forces only being 10N to the west and 100sin(45) + 100sin(45) to the east. this means you simply do 100sin(45) + 100sin(45) - 10 and you have the overall answer of 160.1807049 N to the East
