Ok so I have a few questions:
1st Can I withdraw the bitcoin money via PayPal and get it in physical format?
2nd How much time is it going to take me to get 1 bitcoin, just 1 not 2, not 4, not 0.00000000002, just 1 because I want only 1.
3rd Is there a possibility to get in trouble for using Bitcoin since it's not supported by government and stuff?
4th Since I want only 1 Bitcoin from where and what should I start doing to get this 1 Bitcoin and how long will it take me to to earn it?
5th Is there like a site where I can register and withdraw money from?
6th Can I start in the Bitcoin stuff without putting in any money because I want to EARN money?

1. Not through paypal but there are sites that will convert bitcoin to real money
2. This is an odd question cause you never specified you were mining so 3 part answer.
If you ARE mining, this will take a very long time years even. unless you have a super computer and/or have hundreds of machines mining and sending to one bitcoin wallet.
If you ARE NOT mining, you can simply buy a bitcoin at it's current price. Just like gold however the price will change based on the current market (current price for 1 bitcoin while typing this response $738.73)
ALTERNATIVELY you can use your phone and download (bitcoin faucets) or play (bitcoin games) which are completely 100% free ( I've used these) and will allow you to gain bitcoin (do note, this process is excruciatingly long and slow and doesn't pay out as much as you would think)
3. All depends what you are using it for. Bitcoin is legal tender and is supported for payment by some companies. As time progresses more and more companies appear to be adding bitcoin to their list of acceptable forms of payment.
HOWEVER, bitcoin is notoriously being used on the black market or the deep web/ (dark web) where people sell weapons, drugs, and other things you don't even want to know online ready to be shipped to you. Since bitcoin is non-traceable it leaves no paper trail and is the new secure payment for underground (illegal) deals.

5. There are a ton of sites that offer both a bitcoin wallet and a transfer from USD-bitcoin and vice versa. I personally use XAPO. But you would want to do some research on bitcoin wallets (just use google) and find one that suits your needs.
6. I answered this in question 2. But I will state again. YES! you can start with nothing. zero, nada, broke, $0.00. as long as you have either a phone or a computer you can start receiving bitcoin with free bitcoin faucets (you get like 20-120 Satoshis (which is like a fraction of a penny, look it up) every 5 minutes or so for example)
A cool thing to do though! is gamble with bitcoins that you received for free. It's like playing the penny slots but the more you have the more you can win. Search Bustabit for an example.
