48 year old woman, Caucasian
i have pain in my right lower pelvic region
ultras sound was performed to rule out ovarian cyst and or appendicitis
to the touch at the doctor exam it was painful when pressure was put on the area
i have been on a low dose BCP for almost a year to control heavy bleeding
could i have ovulated?
please help me understand, maybe why i have this pain still and its been 5 days
Ultrasound results of endometrium double thickness 7.2mm - unremarkable
rt ovary 3.1cmx2.6cmx2.2cm volume 9.0cc - unremarkable
left ovary 2.6cmx1.3cmx2.2cm volume 3.7cc - unremarkable
bladder - normal
appendix not visualized
comments: no abnormalities in the right lower quadrant are identified
