I am fed up with all of he conflicting information on the Internet and television. I want someone who has been successful with getting physically in shape to help me out. I would like assistance not just once, but as over a period time so I know what to do along the way. If someone is willing to help me out, I will give you my email and hopefully we can get started. I would be eternally greatfull. Maybe it would go something like, you give me instructions on what to do for the week then we get in touch again the next week. I realize it's alot to ask but I hope someone can help me out!

I understand completely the frustration of conflicting viewpoint on the subject. I have been training for over a year and I am much healthier and stronger. There are many things you need to know. Many people say you should only workout 1-2 days or you will over exert yourself. You only need 2-3 rest days in a week. 4-5 days of training is the answer. My schedule consists of workout every week day. You do not need to workout that often, but if you dont you must compensate for in the days you do workout. try to get 5 or more exercises per muscle group, and train 1-2 assigned muscle groups a day.
