... There's this movie is there from late 90s early 2000s about this kid he's tired of being short so he finds something that supposed to make an taller but it makes it smaller than a pencil. I can't think of the title and involves the submarine and aliens and a blonde girl being kidnapped and it has this girl with these crazy pigtails and and there's a tall brown spiky hair in the main character has short black wavy hair. There is this battle in a rush tank. The main character is in the submarine. does anybody know what movie I'm talking about somebody tell me what the title is?
