Can sleeping on a foam pad cause inflammation of your joints?

The thing about foam, especially "Memory Foam", is that it compresses and molds to your body. It is a perfect fit, but it feels like wood and you can't roll over. That is a possible cause of abnormal circulation and it is very uncomfortable when you finally manage to roll over, until the foam conforms to the changed posture.
I have no information about inflammation of joints. Since the pads in joints are made of vitamin C, and most Americans are thought to get insufficient vitamin C, I would suggest you study some books about nutrition and learn how to eat right.
