although this is an interesting fantasy the answer is
not yet
besides the morality problem of changing ones entire physical looks there is always a possibility of doing so.
but the understand that the answer is yes and no, because IF a scientist were to genetically change a human being to have wings it would have to become a gene and happen over time through births. so science hasn't even given the possibility of applying an already developed human being new appendages. Its even hard to replace appendages such as arms or legs already existing in a human.
but its nice to dream though.
on that note if it were possible to apply new appendages the first thing a scientist would be successful adding would more likely be tails. since we have tail bones.
