my girl told me that when she was little she had a heart operation and so I was wondering if a person like her have babies and o she has air problems

I was born with a heart condition and had heart surgery at one-half years old, So I almost know what she's going through. It would also be worth it to check your partner's family history on this matter just so you have a bigger picture, chances are heart problems are common in her side of the family.
