I've known this man for a LONG time, and know he has been a liar and cheater in his relationships. Over the past year he's shared a lot with me but I found out he had been hiding something. When we talked about it he told me he has feelings for me and wants us to be in a relationship but, he has "a lot of bullsh**" that he needs to get rid of first. I've noticed some changes but still am not sure if I should believe him. Is it possible that hes really going to change or is it just a ploy to keep me around?
