Is it only a panic attack if you're having trouble breathing or feeling chest pain/heart racing or can some people's panic attacks be completely different and not have the symptoms listed before?

Panic attack symptoms depend on the person, the symptoms listed online are only the most common ones. It purely depends on you, I get them frequently, I was unsure of the cause for around two years and it was tough and exhausting but the best thing to do is to find the cause, thinking about what is on your mind every time this occurs, tightness in chest is a common sign and trouble breathing depends on the person. Just remember you are panicking about something that you are worried about occuring, and the panic attack itself is probably worse than the thing you are worried about, the mind is a strange thing. When it happens take deep slow breaths and try to lay or sit down with your head prompted up above your feat, also I find a cold flannel helps distract me from the attack. Hope this helps.
The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
