Can our son marry an immigrant which she is in the US on a work visa and she is now pregnant?

They want to get married asap since she will have to stop working by the end of December 2017. Her work visa expires in June 2018.

Answer

Sticky situation.  If she does NOT become a U.S. citizen, before December....then she MUST return home - married or not.  Getting married does NOT exempt her from the rules of her Work Visa.
