Can one have imagination without any kind of experience/input from real life?

Hey im just wondering if one can have imagination without any influence from real life? like blind or deaf, or deafblind?? or can we not know because we dont know whats going on in there heads?

By deaf and blind I mean like if they can imagine a world like we do like color,buildings etc, if they have a real good imagination

As a deaf person, I gotta say. We are the masters of imagination. Sometimes we dont even use signs we just play out the scene with our imagination and hands. I'm not sure why you ask that, but deaf people can imagine, of course.
