I have a pet store bought mountain horned lizard and currently he's staying inside my home, 20 gallon tank. I have a MUCH bigger cage outside where I keep my box turtle. Questioning if he would be okay outside, the cage is made of wood and chicken wire. Inside of the habitat is organic dried mulch, live plants(unfertilized), and tree branches. Would outside bugs affect him or any other hazards I should worry about?
Thank you!
Can my pet domesticated lizard live in an outside cage?

Kind of following the previous answer, do not call a pet shop as they often come across that they know what they're doing when they really don't. I'm not saying ALL don't know, there are some people out their that work at pet shops and do know what's best for the reptiles but if I were you, I'd contact a breeder. A trusted breeder that wants to produce healthy, well-tempered animals and isn't in it for the money. Breeders know their stuff and definitely know what's best for the animals. Just make sure it an experienced breeder that is almost always 100% time producing and raising healthy animals. Hope this helped.
