Can my mother go back to China to visit my grandpa?
My mom came to Amerca in 1997. I was born in 1998 and I'm currently 16. I'm a citizen since I was born here. She's been in America for 17 years but she doesn't have Green card or citizenship not even alien card. She does have Id, drivers license, and social security card because at that time when she came a social security # was given. My grandpa has been sick for awhile he's in China. Is it possible for my mother to go back to China to visit my sick grandpa if he gets doctors note or something? And also, how can she come legal? Will she be legal when I turn 21?
