Is there no food in the cupboards or fridge?

If you're old enough to feed yourself, no.

If you're old enough to feed yourself, you're also old enough to take yourself to the doctor.

If you're underage, she can be charged with Failure to Provide Necessities of Life.

If your mum is purposely not feeding you for periods of time, this is abuse. If this is the case, she may not get arrested but you would, rather, be taken by children and families and put into the care of a stranger. I am in Australia, so this might vary for you but I am guessing that the principals are the same. If you are over eighteen, you are capable of getting your own food and taking yourself to the doctor...

However, if your parent is abusive, then seek help out of the internet. Call a police hotline or something like that. If she is definitely not taking you to the doctors if you are sick, then she must have something to hide.

I hope you're okay. Stay strong.
