So I have a Surcharge in NJ and my license is current at the moment but I moved to PA and will switch my license over but say I miss a surcharge payment in NJ and they suspend my license can they suspend my PA license to?
Can my license be suspended in one state but not another?

well if they do a international search they might catch it but you basically have to take a chance because it could go that way another thing that might help is if you could make some arrangements to pay the surcharge like payments i would see if you can make payments on it your license would be fine but if they do a state to state check they could catch it anyway
