I am 18 years old and my grandma has been saying that I can not have my refund check that will be in my name. Also stating she is putting it in a savings account and when I need money I have to ask, and that if I get it she has told me not to place it in my checking account. Mind you she lives 80 miles away from me. Can she do this?
