Threatened with termination for talking about my Employer?
So I'm a contractor for a company in Massachusetts. I usually work 9 1/2 and 10 hours a day. I work on the receiving dock on 2nd shift. The first shift guys every day leave their work behind for me to finish alone. I complained to my supervisor that its not right because my manager told me I am not allowed to go home until everything is received in. So if a truck comes in at 11:15 i get screwed. At my work I need to open every package that comes on so its very time consuming. So one night i was swamped and I made a comment to my supervisor we shouldn't have to stay and how the company is ridiculous for having that rule. The day guys not only leave on time. But a few of them take well over an hour for lunch when we are only allowed 30 minutes. First shift is treated very different then second shift. So today my boss told me he heard I didn't like how I was being forced to stay late. He told me at almost midnight I shouldn't complain because I have nothing better to do cause its so late. ( I run a handyman service) in the morning part time, but he told me he will let me go if there's anymore negativity. Do i have any legal rights? Or anything
Can my employer threaten to terminate me about me discussing working conditions with supervisor?

they kinda look at things in a different light he can let you go just like that he doesn't have to have a reason to let you go he can just up and say your fired wish it was different but its not they can do just as they want its called insaboardination that the reason they will use talking bad about the company and the boss
