mice poison is mostly made for mice. But it harms other animals too. So it may kill your dog . But there may be a chance where your dog maynot die but be harmed else.
Should take the dog to an Emergency Vet Clinic ASAP after ingestion of poison, they will assess and treat quickly and will have the best chance of saving the dog. An ER would do also but the Vet is obviously specifically trained and equipped for animal emergencies.
