Can my appendix be on the left side? I'm having horrible pain there that's lasted for two days?

The appendix is on your right side it could be alot of things thou if its terrible pain you should go to your emergency room and get looked at this would tell you what is really going on. Shouldn't wait thou mabe infection a cyst,gas pocket constipation it could be alot of stuff .
