My mother is 62, diagnosed with hypothyroidism, displays most late stage symptoms like slurred, brain fog, slow speech, low appetite, low BMI, very swollen hands and feet. I am anxious to know if these will go away with medication. Thank you for helping!

i think with medications healthy diet and good friends as well as exercise will help her get better might totally not take it away you have to get more involved in ones care sometimes the older we get things have a tendency to get worse or get better so it kinda depends on her and how she looks at things things do get better then you have to look at her age and how the rest of her health is
