Your RAM is good enough but it be even better at 8gb, I also suggest upgrading to 2GB graphics, your graphics is probably your biggest concern, because the new standard in graphics power is at least 2GB. I also suggest getting at least 3Ghz processor.
For your processor you should go with a 3.6Ghz AMD A6-5400K it only costs about $60 on amazon.com
For your graphics card, I suggest upgrading either to a ASUS 2gb R7240 graphics card, which is around $70 on amazon.com
Or getting a AMD Radeon HD 6450 2gb graphics card for about $50 on Amazon.com
You don't need to upgrade your RAM, but if you want to I suggest getting a Crucial 8Gb RAM kit for about $80 on amazon.com
I don't suggest buying Intel products because they are usually overpriced. If needed, there are tones of videos on YouTube that will show you how to properlly upgrade all these products and there are other videos that show you how build a good gaming PC on a budget.
