Can I work part time while on Crohns SSI without it going away?

I have Crohns disease SSI and i want to know If i would be able to have a part time job without the SSI going away.

the best way to find out that is to call them directly and ask if you can have a partime job i know you would be able to find out through them.

No if you can work then you don't need ssi I have applied 4 times and can't get it.
