Can I use whiteout to fix my address on my permit application. I really need help with this question

...  please!! I put my old address down accidently and now need to fix it I already have my physical done so I really don't want to fill out another application
 what should I do?

I don't see any reason why not. I wouldn't use it on a job application but on a permit application, I don't see it as a problem.
