Can i use 75 amp battery on Ford Mondeo if its original battery is 60 amp?

I assume you actually mean 75 amp hour, which is the normal electrical capacity unit of measurement for batteries. As it implies it could deliver a constant 1 amp across 12 V dc for 75 hours, or higher amperages, say 3 amps for 25 hours. ( although higher amperages may not yield the full stated capacity & battery discharge curves from the manufacturer will tell you thou).
So as long as the battery bay is big enough to hold & secure it, then a 75 amp/hr will be fine.
Yes, as Ernest Scratcher says, it's to do with current over time as opposed to an ascribed maximum. One way to look at it would be buying a freezer with space for 15 extra meals. You could go 15 meals longer before it's empty.
Whereas if you look at it as a stomach, put 15 meals into it and it will explode. It's definitely the freezer analogy and not the stomach analogy.
