Can I transfer my movies from dish network onto a USB drive and watch them on my tv with no cable?

No, you cannot. You may however be able to record movies with a DVR or by configuring an external hard drive depending on the TV you have. Renting, buying, or borrowing movies from a friend or local library are also options.
