My friends PC just died and she doesn't want to purchase a new computer but she wants to save her old pictures, movies, and music. I'm willing to transfer the files from the old drives to a external drive for her but I'm not sure if she'll be able to store or retrieve anything on the drive without a computer interface between the iPhone and the external drive. If the external drive wouldn't work, would a NAS work?
