İ am currently still breastfeeding my 18 month old daughter and have really dry skin....i took the hydrolysed collagen before my pregnancy and found that they were really good for my hair and skin , however i am unsure whether i can take them during breastfeeding....i already take a vitamin supplement and folic acid which i used during pregnancy.
İ have really struggled to find any conclusive info regarding this so any advice or knowledge would be much appriciated. Thanks.
