I'm a server at a restaurant. I recently got a shift picked up and approved by a manager. I have proof. Somehow the manager said I was suppose to be at work on the date and I was suspended for a week! But I went up there are showed him my documentation of where I got my shift covered and approved. He said that there was an "error" in the system. And that my shifts were covered for the day. And it was nothing he could do. So I have no money for a whole week. What should I do!
Can I sue my employer for wrong suspension?
