It might just about run it but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not very playable. The one thing in your favour is that the GPU was actually better than expected for an integrated GPU. The processor may be a problem. The absolute minimum they recommend is a dual core processor with both cores faster than your Celeron. In general, I'd never recommend laptops for games (apart from the newer high end lappies that are designed for games, but they're very expensive).
