Can I retrieve emails that were deleted?

A few weeks ago I deleted all my inbox, all my saved files got deleted too, Is there a way to retrieve them

If you use Gmail (in a browser) then there is the tab "Bin" (maybe in the USA it is called Trash). Deleted emails stay 30 days there, then are removed forever.
