I had frozen peas, I boild them and crushed and added some flakes, can I freeze it again for later? Just a few hours? Or will it not be fresh enough for my tropical fish?

Food is safe when boiling, and safe when frozen. You want to get from one state to the other as quickly as possible so the bacteria don't have much of a chance to grow. Remember, the food does not go bad, it's only that something eats it before you do (or in this case before the fish do).
