You should definitely not starve yourself. What you should do is reduce the amount of starchy and white carbohydrates in your diet. This could be bread,rice,anything sweet, like carbonated drinks or doughnuts. Also you should eat breakfast every morning to start you metabolism. You should walk everyday and this is not only beneficial for weight loss, but also for your overall health. If you try to starve yourself, your body will only shut itself down to try to prevent loss of energy that is stored as fat. Starving yourself is unhealthy and can lead to malnutrition.
