After changing my diet to be mostly vegan (meat < 1/wk, NO cheese), I am now at 156cm, ~49-50kg, with measurements 88-64-89. I have been stuck like this for over a month now, and while I'm glad I'm down from 56kg in February (terrible times, those were), I'd like a bit more loss. Is there ANY possible chance that I can HEALTHFULLY loose more bust fat? When I take the electronic tests, it says my body fat is at, like, 27%, which seems really high. But it's all in my trunk. Is this much breast fat bad? Each breast weighs ~400g.
Can I lose more bust fat? Discussion ok?
