I do not want to live at home anymore.

If you leave before the age of majority, and if you get picked up for some reason, and if somebody wants to pay for a bus ticket, then you will be sent home. If you are near the legal age, they might figure you will just run away again so you are not worth bothering with. If nobody wants to pay for the ticket, and they don't have an actual case against you, they will let you go. If you never steal anything or try to hitch hike on a freeway, you might never get picked up at all.
Thousands of young Americans go through this process every spring. They head for a warm climate, sleep under bushes, pick fruit or something to support themselves, and go back when they feel like they have learned how to get along in the world.
Do you have a job to support yourself?
Without showing the court that you can give yourself lodging and pay for food and clothes you cannot be emancipated.
"A child is emancipated if he/she
is over the age of 16;
does not live with either parent (living away from home for college
does not count if the plan is to return home between semesters);
does not receive money from either parent unless the court ordered child support or if the child receives Social Security benefits;
has a job as the main source of income; and
is not in foster care or under court supervision"
