I was wondering if it is legal to own rats as pets in South Korea. I currently own two rats and was hoping to take them with me when I move.

You have to ask the moving company you have chosen if it is possible that you bring them on your chosen destination. Pet rats are not so common and as far as I know all pets will require legal documents. When I moved to Dubai, the team from globalrelocations.com help me out and I was able to bring my cat. You can also ask them and choose them to help you move abroad.
