Depends on your prior programming experience and definition of "learn".
I've completed the tutorial, plus extra functionality for my preferences and a semi extensive tree module, in ~3wks with relative ease (have a decent amount of theoretical knowledge). Of which installing eclipse was a 2-4d headache, but absolutely worth it.
However, to actually do something more interesting than make a command line calculator, there's every direction to expand towards, and more importantly knowing how things work. There are databases, apps, gui, animation, browsing, threading, scientific computing, operating systems, robotics, games... and for each up to half a dozen modules which can be picked (in the best case, otherwise you have to build your own). Knowing what you want to do is the first step - if you don't know, check out job requirements and try to fulfill them (if not apply), or take some courses / degree studies in programming.
Ps: Anon, your sarcastic wit is negated by your ignorance.
