i need to find out how to put windows 7 enterprise over my non genuine version of home premium. do i need to clear off my computer first, or just put in disc and install it over it.

Hi.... friend I'm OP a Hardware & Networking Engineer, first of all I want to know about what you mean "clear off my computer"? because when we install any Operating System
then there is not requirement to delete or clear any drive except C: Drive.
So, I prefer you to clear off your c:drive and install your new genuine version of home premium.
