Does such service exist? I am thinking of a plan that exactly mirrors my smartphone's shared data plan, while having just one Bill to pay. I really don't mind paying for that extra line as long as it is possible. Someone suggested I use WiFi by simply extending the signal; but there are so many hills and valleys and other huge buildings separating my two homes. I would appreciate any suggestions that viewers may have. Thanks!

I would avoid having one connection and trying to come up with a plan to access it remotely. There are various ways of doing it but they are fraught with problems. Instead, I'd consider mobile broadband. I just have a USB connecter (the size of a pen drive) which is my modem. I don't need wireless in my home. I just plug it in to whatever device I'm using at the time. The big advantage is that it's not limited to my home. Whether I'm on a train, in a field, up a mountain, in a hotel room, in someone else's house, or at work, I still have the same connection.
