Can I got issue one more visit visa while being already having visa?

Details:

i am in dubai on visit visa. and it will expire at the end of month. can i get one more visit visa in that time.

You'll need to renew it before it expires so technicallly at some point you'll have two visas. Be aware though that some countries require you to leave and re-enter the country before they'll issue another visa.

my visa is non extendable. it cant be renewed.

In context, renew means get a new one.
