When I was 17 years old, I was caught outside after curfew hours by a cop (I live in California, more specific; San Diego). I was brought in, to the police station and filled out all the papers they needed me and my present parent to sign. They told me I needed to either, go to a certain program one day a week for 6 weeks or, go to court and pay a fine. I'm currently 18 years old, about to be 19 in a few months, and haven't done either. So I have a few questions:

1. How much does the fine cost?

2. Can the fine cost or consequences grow bigger over time if it keeps going unpaid?

3. Can I get arrested now that I'm 18 if I identify myself to a police officer who has suspicion of me for being a minor after curfew hours? Example: I'm sitting outside alone, doing nothing, somewhere far from home after curfew hours. A cop pulls over and asks for my age and/or name/ID. I tell him/her my age (18) while showing them my ID. They go over and search up my name on their database and find out I haven't paid the fine I got for breaking curfew hours back when I was 17. Can they arrest me on the spot?
