As the question says. I already have two female cats(neutered) both are 1 and 2 years old. I have an opportunity to get a male kitten but I'm not sure if they will get along. I don't want them to "gang" up on him because he's a male.

Kitten usually get along. I never had any issues of them not getting along. It was when they grew up I had problems. Baby kitten problem. Went from 3 kittens to 3 cats 10 kittens to 13 cats and 30 kittens in one yr time. . Get them fixed so won't have a bunch of kittens running around.
I would get the kitten neutered. He will be less likely to want to mark his territory and it prevents certain cancers. Some adult cats do not like kittens so I'd still do the introduction process. You get one chance to do it right. Make sure to contine feeding him his kiiten food to age 1 yr. It has more vitamins and minerals and calories than adult cat food does.
